I think I read somewhere that it is common for kids and adults who have been untreated to feel a lot of guilt in the beginning of medication treatment. Guilt for behaviours and actions done before treatment because of a lack of ability to see consequenses and perspectivetaking etc. Is this common?
It's possible, but, each person will react differently....

I can see the guilt peace with those with good hearts, who really recognize their behavior patterns, past and present...
The majority of spouse's who post concerning this issue, usually post one or two things going on with the adder, after starting meds....negativity about the effects of the medication, Or, this overwhelming sense that everything is fine now...That the meds has the world right again.....
