Just wondering if there are any other Canadians on these boards. I sense that the resources for ADHD are different here than in the States. Not quite sure where to put this.

I am Canadian, but can't help with resources, unfortunately. There are definitely a handful of private therapists who specialize in ADHD.

I saw you posted about Canada - yes there are folks here from Canada, and quite a few have taken my couples seminar. There are some good resources available there, including the Springboard Clinic in Toronto (whom I've worked with and which is now doing phone consultations across Alberta, as well). CADDRA is also a good resource for finding ADHD info in Canada. And, there is a list of folks here on my ADHD-savvy therapists page (after the US listings)...
